【Job Description】
1. Handle day-to-day operations on the Mediterranean, Black Sea and Baltic trunk routes, and help maintain sailing schedule, space, port and transit node information;
2. Follow up on customer shipment requirements and coordinate between shipowners, ports, agents and customers to keep the process running smoothly;
3. Collect route rates, port updates, market changes and transit node information to support quotations and operational decisions;
4. Assist with document preparation, paperwork handover and exception reporting for heavy-lift, project and breakbulk shipments;
5. Support the team with route data reporting, shipment progress tracking and customer service.
【Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in International Logistics, Shipping Management, International Trade or English preferred;
2. Experience with ocean freight, freight forwarding, ship agency or cross-border logistics processes is preferred;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills and a sense of responsibility, able to manage multi-party collaboration;
4. Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle basic English emails and shipping documents;
5. Proficient with Office software, with solid data-handling and reporting skills.
